In today's fast-paced world, we believe in taking mindful breaks to reconnect with what brings us joy. With Kevin, an accountant, and Jaime, a nurse case manager, we've come together to share the awe-inspiring experience of our crystals. Rooted in our love for creating more harmony on earth, we strive to guide others in discovering the ways in which crystals & our Mindfulness Retreats can aid in managing the energy that surrounds us; facilitating emotional balance and inner peace. Our crystals are bought locally from a small business that ethically sources the crystals.

Creating more harmony in our world is my dream.
My life journey has made it very clear- we must care for ourselves. Take rest breaks, take vacations, take time to truly check in with ourselves, to make sure we stay healthy - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. In order to truly be the person, wife, husband, mom, dad, friend we desire to be. In 2019 I had a major injury working as a nurse- and I became disabled for 2 years. Through my journey to heal I realized how much I needed to change- to take more breaks to care for myself. Without our health the rest of life doesn’t really matter. This experience really opened my eyes to fact I'm very sensitive to energy around me & often take on others emotions & overthink. Through much searching on how to help myself with being an empath, I found that crystals & mindfulness could help me manage protecting my energy.
In my healing journey I found mindfulness, spirituality & crystals have changed my life to a whole new level I never dreamed possible. Creating a business to help others learn how crystals & mindfulness tools can help aid them on their journey has become the creation of DreamGemz & Mindful lifestyle Coaching.
